My old dentist left after they moved into this new building. The new staff is not near as attentive as the old group. My bills have been triple what they were before and they can't seem to get the insurance portion straightened out. Even with the bill growing, they keep trying to sell me other expensive services. Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

Any good review of Parkway Dental was probably a cleaning only. The minute this provider moved into their new building the dental staff and dentist starting approaching patients at a rapid pace for additional dental work to be done. My guess is that the building, new equipment, and additional staff cost them so much they were looking at any means to scam money to pay the bills. Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Absolutely, it was fantastic!
