Well, its not my favorite thing to write a negative review. But here goes: My daughter is a college student at CMU. She started going to PWD in the fall of 2017 thru fall 2019. Had a cleaning every 6 months. During that time she had the same hygienist until the last cleaning in November 2019. The former hygienist never told her verbally she had a cavity that needed treatment. Although, she had written it in her notes. Which my daughter never saw. 1/14/2019: I had two oral implants placed in my mouth. The implant procedure completed by Doctor Hansen at Parkway Dental. Two implants were placed. One was placed at the upper right incisor and the other was at the second pre-molar. 1/15/2019: I went back to Parkway Dental because the second pre-molar didn't “feel” right to me. The implant felt loose and I wanted to verify that it was placed correctly. I was called back by the assistant.
