They are slow but they do let you rent storage here even if you dont live here for a reasonable rate..
I went to Parkway Commons last week to apply for income restricted rents but was told the rents are affordable but the complex is not renting under Section 42 despite their website advertising income restricted. I was then quoted a rent rate for a studio but the next day they increased studio rent by $50.00 . The manager said the increase was due to the summer season.
