I went to Parkway Commons last week to apply for income restricted rents but was told the rents are affordable but the complex is not renting under Section 42 despite their website advertising income restricted. I was then quoted a rent rate for a studio but the next day they increased studio rent by $50.00 . The manager said the increase was due to the summer season. Carlos Smith is the GOAT(Greatest of all time)!!!!! He’s very helpful and professional always. When you have an issue, he’s always willing to come up with a resolution quickly. Thank you for setting a wonderful example of great customer service to myself and all the tenants who live here.
