THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT !! And KEEP CHANGING MANAGEMENT SO WHEN THE PREVIOUS MANAGER TELLS YOU SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. I worked with micheal on getting moved in. i originally was going to live at river rock apartments (who is owned by the same management NEWEARTH RES) and signed a lease with them. when i got there to move in they gave me a completely different apartment and building that had needles everywhere and was beat to trash.
