I had a wonderful experience with this property! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and taken care of. You can tell that the management truly cares about the property and the people they serve. Bristol was so helpful with all my questions and concerns!
Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived! Thank God we're gone! Calling it a dump would be too much of a compliment! Mice everywhere! Frequent plumbing leaks. Mold problems. They have 1 AC wall unit in the apt which is little help when it's over 100F outside. Slowest and most incompetent maintenance I have ever seen. At least 7 maintenance people in over 2 years. And very little communication between the managers and the maintenance staff whatsoever. I had one of the maintenance guys arguing with me that the dishwasher t... read more
