My wife and I bought a car from Parkway on Monday. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind during the entire sales process. After we brought the car home, we had some engine trouble that turned out to be nothing more than a bad fuse, but it had left my wife stranded on the side of the road. RecommendedFiancé had just totaled her car. We’re in immediate need of a new car for her. Found a ‘13 Escape there at Parkway. Parkway came thru in the clutch. Loved the car. Long story short tho, Had a check engine light come on shortly after purchase. Ethan bent over backwards to make it right and take care of it. We went there looking for a truck. They didn't push the sale on me. They worked hard to get me approved. And I drove away with the truck. Will do business, with them again.
