Charged oversize for kia soul which fits in the back of a pickup truck will not go back!
You guys have allowed the lack of competition in the B/N area to make you lazy and complacent. My list of complaints about you is long, but the one that burns me the most is charging me $2 extra for a KIA SOUL because it is an “oversize vehicle.” Shut up. You charged me this and you didn’t even vacuum out the back compartment! I’ve also had to remind you on several occasions that I got the Royale car wash and you need to treat the tires. Charged $2 "oversized" vehicle charge for a Kia Soul. The car fits in a "compact" parking space!!!! Nothing about it is "oversized". And then no one vacuumed the cargo area. What the pony of charging me more? No one did any more work than they would do for a Honda Civic! Very dissatisfied and won't be back
