I was in this store this morning and the girl at the desk had absolutely no customer service skills. Completely unfriendly and put off to all the customers I saw her encounter. She didn’t offer a “hi” or “hello”, giving her my discount and stamp card was clearly an annoyance to her. She slammed the debt slip on the counter to sign and literally snatched it with an attitude after I had signed. No “thank you” or “come back again” just completely rude in every way possible. RecommendedI visited both locations in Bloomington/Normal today and the service at both locations was outstanding! The gentleman in north Normal even shook my hand told me “have a nice day” after I handed him my stick. Both of our cars are spotless, thank you for the continued great service! Merry Christmas!
Management should inspect the work that is done , but in todays world you cannot find anyone with pride in what they do , but again how much is the labor being paid???
Took my truck in to wash it today since it was a nice day and wasnt happy at all! When it came out of the building my passengers door mirror was hanging by the wires. I asked what happened and they went and got the manager he said not there fault it happens some times!then the front seat were they threw my floor mats was covered in dirt. The mirror scratched up my window and they would do nothing! I so not recommend this place at all and i will never return. Out 22 dollars and have a broken mirror. Best place in bloomington-Normal to get your car detailed and buffed. I have taken my car to several places in town that didn't remotely do as good of a job as these guys. They managed to buff all the clear coat scratches out of my car. I highly recommend this place!!

Just took my car in. Attendant who took order was rude and had an attitude. It's windy out today and as my car was in the process of being vacuumed the door blew into the large metal vacuum machine. I now have a very noticeable dent. Did not get the air freshener that I asked for as part of the Royal package. Mats were thrown back in the car. I had to fix/reinforce them. Will not go back.
