The winch that lives above me has these kids that run and stomp and has no respect for no one so do not get apt 2112...this place sucks....
Office staff is unprofessional, rude, full of excuses, and lazy. Maintenance is slow, if office staff even remembers to put your request in. They allow illegal activity such as 7 people in a 2 bedroom apt (against fair housing laws). Appliances fall apart constantly. Buildings are roach infested. Office staff wont help you with that either. You will regret moving here, I promise.
