We moved to California summer 2024 with our two dogs. The day we got here my older dog tore her knee and we immediately had to find a new vet. Dr Knowles was the first person we met and we were so comforted by the way she handled our situation and provided transparency as to our options for recovery, and helped walk us through each step of her process to heal. Excellent, knowledgable, and friendly vet and staff.
Bait and switched me. I came here the first time and it was good. Regular exam and vaccines. I scheduled a follow up during my first visit and the technician tells me the next time when my dog is due for a booster it will only be $30. Great. Showed up to my appointment today expecting to pay just that and ended up paying $67. I asked why it was that much for a booster. There’s a needle fee and a technician fee.
