Dr. Rachel and the staff were all so patient, kind and took the time to explain everything to my son and myself as well as making sure that we had no further questions when we were done. I will highly recommend this group, as a health care professional myself, to any parents seeking care/treatment for their young ones’ teeth! Don’t even waste your time trying out others...just call Dr. Rachel!
I took my youngest daughter (3 years old) for her first dental visit this week. She's apprehensive with unfamiliar adults and situations. The hygienist was very patient, kind, and understanding. She gave my daughter the option to sit in my lap and have her teeth manually cleaned and checked. By the time the dentist, Dr. Rachael Graue, came to meet my daughter she had warmed up and felt comfortable enough to get in the big check-up chair. Today was my second visit to these offices and the first since the change of ownership. Same great care by my hygienist and the new doctor is friendly and personable. Rest assured we are still in good hands! I recently moved into Parkville and I couldn’t be happier with this provider.
Dr Rachael was so kind and friendly. My children have always loved going to the dentist, they actually ask when they get to go back! Dr Rachael didn't disappoint. She is a great addition to pediatric dentistry in the Parkville area.
My five children all are seen at this practice. Scheduling is easy, waits are minimal, and all staff are friendly and efficient.
