I had extreme dental pain on a Sunday night..and into the dark early morning hours of that Monday morning. I did call the office in the middle of the night hoping to get an emergency number to call. I did not get that number from the recording...although Dr. K said I should have. I was finally able to get a hold of the woman who works at front desk, and explained my dilemma, and she did squeeze me in although I did not have an appointment. I appreciate that. Every one there was very polite and helpful.
Today was only the first day to the start of my treatment. I am not a fan of the dentist to begin with, but I was totally comfortable. Not only was the dentist amazing and explained everything, but the staff as well. I will be continuing my dental journey with this office.
I am a new patient at Parkville Family Dentistry and unfortunately all my visits have been emergent in nature. They are professional while at the same time exceptionally compassionate, they treat emergency cases with ease, and worked with me to understand all my options...keeping in my that my visits since becoming my new provider have all been of an emergent nature. Kudos especially to Dr. K. and Angie (my main providers) but ALL staff have been great to deal with.
My daughter an my experience here was just wonderful, I would recommend this place to everyone, the staff is so kind,I felt right at home.
