The building is great they are very fast to fix anything all but one of the staff members who seems unwell for some strange reason, however all of the other staff are kind and helpful the amenities are very good as well. I would have left 5 stars if it wasn't for the strange lady

Not sure why this has such a low rating but it definitely deserves a 5*. I just moved in this month and the staff here are super nice, helpful and they are on top of things. I requested a maintenance for the kitchen sink because one of the hose broke and the next day they already have someone fix it. The building is very clean and the staff is doing such an awesome job maintaining it this way. Super happy and satisfied living here. Warning to new tenants: 1. Building permit approved Owner plans to build south and north side of property by removing swimming pool and townhomes they had building proposal on duplex and now it was removed. No news from management. If you planning to move in do not take anything lower. 20 and above ok. 2. 50$ for a fob why expensive if other properties don't take money for extra fob I don't get it. Requested money back because moving out stated that I have to completely move out and get my money after with cheque from tenant... read more
