Warning to new tenants: 1. Building permit approved Owner plans to build south and north side of property by removing swimming pool and townhomes they had building proposal on duplex and now it was removed. No news from management. If you planning to move in do not take anything lower. 20 and above ok. 2. 50$ for a fob why expensive if other properties don't take money for extra fob I don't get it. Requested money back because moving out stated that I have to completely move out and get my money after with cheque from tenant... read more
I have lived here for many years and find the new owners to be very good. I know there has been construction noise but it has all been worth it. The building has been updated very much. Anytime I have put in a work order it has been answered promptly and completed correctly by their excellent staff.
Where to start? I do not recommend living here, the rent is ridiculous for the lack of space that you get. Service is horrible, it seems like they don't keep any records on file at all. My ex moved out over a year ago, and emailed them as such and he was still on the lease throughout this entire time. I'm currently trying to move out, gave them my 2 months back in November (it is currently January) and I'm still being charged rent even though this is my last month. Where to begin.. the ventilation system is HORRIFIC.. the hallways reek of smoke and the smoke from other tenants comes into my unit so strongly it burns my eyes and gives me headaches just to be in the unit. I am paying rent for a unit that is literally making me sick. The management doesn't care. I work from home and when I signed the lease I was not told that 3 weeks out of every 4 will be spent listening to jack hammering, banging, hammering etc. as 1-3 units per month, every month are renovated.
