We have had a good experience with Jim and Joan, they are quick to respond to requests and very easy to deal with.
Here’s what I know of this company without ever having worked with them (although not for lack of trying): they are closed on weekends when most people would like to look at properties, several times when I have called on weekdays during normal business hours no one has answered the phone, they don’t post any properties online but they do post photos of their own office online (??), there’s no one to answer the phone on weekends to give you information about properties should you see one you're interested in, two of three re... read more
