Went and toured a 2 bed with Marlene They actually have really good layouts I was surprised at how big it was. Marlene super nice and genuine, they had lockers which was a plus, and overall good location not too busy.|
I have been having numerous problems with work orders not being done but marked complete. I call and no one answers or calls me back. I sent an email with no response. I’ve included two pictures. One of my “completed” work orders, and one of my incomplete work.
My husband and I have lived at elevate apts for nearly 8 yrs. We love it here .we have met so many new people that are like family to us now. The manager and assist. Manager have always been very helpful on all situations. The maintance men work so hard to keep everything looking good and are quick to respond to any help we need.i would truly recommend to anyone looking for a home to come to " elevate'..

Maintenance marks work orders complete without ever entering apartment. Management does not return phone calls when I call to report the work order. I have an issue with my shower running when only the faucet is turned on. I was told it was too expensive to fix and that I have another bathroom I can use.
