I had a few issues that needed maintenance, so I reached out to Sarah from the Off-site Resident Apartment Team. It was so easy to just send her a text and get maintenance aware of what services I needed worked on. Sending a text was easier than trying to figure out when someone was at the Apartment office and navigate a time to speak to a person.
