My daughter and I were moving from out of state and really needed some help deciding on the right apartments for us and I can honestly say with the transparency from the office staff here at Elevate Apartments we felt very comfortable, especially after they sent us a video of the apartment and we were thrilled at the nearby local amenities along with the pricing for the area! Probably the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. I've had two leases with them on two separate apartments, and they managed to screw up both. For the first apartment, I signed a fully executed lease. I transferred my utilities and received my welcome home letter, only to be told by the property manager that a tenant was still occupying the unit and had no intention of leaving. Went and toured a 2 bed with Marlene They actually have really good layouts I was surprised at how big it was. Marlene super nice and genuine, they had lockers which was a plus, and overall good location not too busy.|
