Maintenance marks work orders complete without ever entering apartment. Management does not return phone calls when I call to report the work order. I have an issue with my shower running when only the faucet is turned on. I was told it was too expensive to fix and that I have another bathroom I can use.
Great experience at Elevate Apartments! The office and maintenance staff are amazing, and the property is always clean and well kept. Highly recommend!
