DON'T ASK QUESTIONS!!! I tried to use my yearly wellness visit and went in to see the doctor. It was a normal checkup as far as I could tell, and at the end, he asked if I had any questions. So, I asked about a couple things like neck pain and testosterone. He chatted with me about them, and then I left... not knowing that I had just had TWO DOCTOR VISITS AT ONCE!!! I'll be using a different health care system after my last experience. Visited my doctor for an annual routine checkup. They charged me $269 for a 65 and over preventive visit and a seperate $196 outpatient visit. All for the same visit! When questioned they said discussing medication refills with the doctor was outside preventive guidelines so they charged it as another visit. Stay away from these kind of billing practices. I never get anyone to answer the phone when I call Parkview FM. They tell you, they can call you back if you leave a number. I never get a call back.
