I had my 20-yr-old knee replacement replaced, a complicated and fairly uncommon procedure. My surgeon, Dr. J. Kendall, was superb. He was highly regarded, professional, attentive, and caring. Parkview Orthopedics in Oak Lawn took care of every detail with perfect efficiency, from the clerk at the front desk, to the x-ray technician, and everyone else involved in my case. Any doctor who will not tell you available appointment and tell you don’t know if they will take you without insurance information needs to be investigated the most disrespectful receptionist ever
Horrible Hours. They don’t help employed people. You have to be unemployed to get work done here. last appointments are at 3:30 and no weekend appointments. Just shut down the store at this point
