Fraudulent Billing Practices. Firstly, all the staff I interacted with and Dr MacGillis were very friendly and pleasant, no issues with them. I came in for a first time visit for a finger I had dislocated 6 weeks prior that I wanted looked at. The visit included an X-ray and meeting with the doctor for an examination, at which point he gave me two "buddy loops", or two rubber velcro straps (pictured below), to keep my injured finger stabilized with a healthy one. Dr. Luke is an exceptional orthopedic specialist. He has incredible bedside manners and is a truly compassionate professional. Dr. Luke took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing me. What impressed me the most was how proactive he was. He started a treatment plan right on my very first visit instead of making me wait. I highly recommend Dr. Luke to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and action-oriented orthopedic doctor.
Service with a smile, the staff was prompt and courteous and they ask do you have any questions. Something you hardly ever hear any more.
