Nice place if you can deal with some of the other people that live there. Like people who don't pay rent and break things who expect special treatment and have nothing better to do than leave bad reviews on Facebook pages. Friendly management in the office. Hardworking maintenance that has made a huge difference in the overall look of the property, and is on call 24 hours a day.
Place sucks lived here from 2012 til last hear nothing got done
We lived here a few years ago and it was awful. Office staff was rude. It took weeks for maintenance to do anything at all. We live here again and it is completely different. Less than 24 hours after contacting the office, maintenance had been here and taken care of the things requested. It's amazing the differences. Also, we love the office staff. They are awesome!
