If you had an abusive parent, this is a great place to put them for a little revenge. They wait until the patient soils themselves instead of helping them to the bathroom, they put them to bed in urine soaked sheets, and they get really annoyd if you ask then to do anything for your parent. It reminds me of a poorly run animal shelter.
