Love It! This years "Holiday Spirit" Christmas Contest 1st place winner was Parkview North!!!! Love my complex, couldn't ask for better management, they're like family.
Can't Get Any Better The complex is amazingly beautiful. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. They even put security cameras in the parking area to protect our vehicles. We feel very safe and happy here. Christmas is wonderful here unless you are Scrooge. We have been here two years and love it!
Beware! Nice tenants, poor management. The managers act like they own the place. The Christmas decorations are hideous! Very white trash. Way too many rules, feel like I am back in college. Too many hidden cameras. Manager too lazy to get off butt and get to know tenants.
big brothers if you move in here you will never have to buy another camera. this place is loaded with hidden camera's. not hidden for your protection. manager wants to see when you scratch your butt. apt nice on the outside but if you have any major repairs they never get corrected but yet the rent goes up yearly. speed bumps major problem every 10 feet. would not recommend this complex. don't be fooled by the outside of the complex--beware.
