Was not happy with the way i was treated at the hospital today when I went in for a Mri the lab tech was very rude and very unsympathetic she hurt my arm i went in to have the test on usually everyone is very nice there but she act like she was mad or she something she didn't have to take it out on me when they call for a survey I'm going to tell them how rude she was she definitely needs a better bedside manner to work in a hospital with sick or injured people!!!
Everyone is wonderful, my daughter felt so much better. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas
Love this hospital. Nurses and doctors have always been very helpful n nice. They take the time to put you at ease. After 7 surgeries in 2 years they know me now. Even when I lived down the road from Lagrange hospital Craig n I drove to Kendallville to have are kids. Wouldn't go anywhere else around here. Except Fort Wayne.
Took Y 11 year old for trouble breathing severe cough and fever turns out she has pneumonia but we got there and were told to take a seat few min later a grown man n his father came in walkin just fine but had taken 60 pills in three days and somehow that's a priority over my minor daughter with breathing issues, I mean the guy was walking n talking all on his own but just wanted to make sure he was ok cause he'd been stressed. Not a happy momma
Never help when something is wrong always have to ho back more then once to find out what is wrong I feel they could do their job a little better to help more
