Got got another epidural shot shot in my spine for shoulder issues. This is the second, the first was through another facility and didn't go well at all for a number of reasons. This second one was at parkview with Dr. Austin. He is very personable, actually looks at you, answered my very stubborn questions, and asks questions about your goals in order to manage your expectations. Every nurse I had this past week, lab techs, everyone went above and beyond to get me what I needed in a timely manner. They were all great no complaints! :)
