My 96 year old father was released from Frederick Health Hospital on 4/3/22. We received a call from the hospital on 4/4/22 advising us to consult his Parkview provider regarding two of the prescriptions that he was sent home with from the hospital. I left a message with Parkview for a call back-a nurse returned my call and said that she would forward my message to the provider-two more messages from me and a week later still no call from the provider or even a nurse.
