Amazing service, making my first apartment super easy to move in
I'm moving in soon as a newly wed and I wanted to write this review to share my experience. The tour was wonderful! Requested a it and got it that same day. We met Terry and she was great. Was honest and transparent about the complex and the neighbors. She made it her priority to meet our needs. She was also a tremendous help and made my application process super easy. The bathroom ceiling is leaking and has flooded the floor. The ceiling itself is soft, bulging, and looks like it’s going to burst. Ridiculous there is no service provided during weekends. What is the point of an emergency maintenance if they don’t come out until 2-3 days later. There is a leak from the ceiling that has led the floor to be flooded! Do better!
