I would like to thank Kim & Michelle for basically saving my wife’s life..My wife developed fluid around her lungs that made breathing very difficult plus extremely high Blood Pressure…I called for an Ambulance and Kim & Michelle showed up and immediately assisted my wife professionally with knowledge, experience and a positive CARING Attitude….They diagnose her vital signs properly and my wife was visibly stabilized before being taken by Ambulance to Hospital…. Covid Delta was close to literally killing me after another nearby hospital (that has been on the verge of closing) completely failed to even provide a covid test. I walked (barely) into LaGrange ER with O2 levels in the low 70s. They confirmed covid and began protocols but stepped outside of them slightly and gave me a med that halted my cytokine storm which is probably the #1 thing that saved my life. Friendly staff, fast ER services. I like the walking track around the hospital grounds. Well maintained facility.
Had a great experience in the ER, did not hesitate to run numerous tests to find the problem, I would highly recommend this place. Also been here on numerous occasions. Thank you to the great caring staff, especially in the ER. All around great hospital in this area. I will keep coming back.
I work in an environment that requires safety boots, and my workplace is not very clean, so I often get dirty within just a couple of hours. One night, I became sick with a severe headache and double vision, so I went to the ER. While there, a nurse approached me and asked for a urine sample. When I asked why, she said it was ordered by the doctor. I provided the sample, and about 15 minutes later, I received a notification in my chart about new results.
