Had to give a sample for my daughter and when I got there I told them the diaper was the sample and tried to tell her the dr ordered it know and she tried to tell me no and the Dr just gave the order a little bit ago and explained that to her and kept walking away when I was trying to tell her but had an attitude when she found out I was right parkview has some rude front people not very good customer service ....
A lot of people are fed through the diagnostic area of Parkview Huntington, yet I always feel like the staff are aware of each person and their needs. It was only 10 minutes after my appointment time and the check-in person came out to the waiting area and assured me that it wouldn't be much longer. She hadn't forgotten about me! I've dealt with the staff and technicians enough to appreciate the thought and care they give the patients!
