Hagerstown Family Dentistry, August 2,2017 My Visit to Hagerstown Family Dentistry was GREAT...it was just for a 6 month cleaning...all was OK. I don't remember the women's name that did my cleaning SORRY for that...But I know she was GOOD and answered all my questions about my teeth and dry month. Dr Katie is always mice and talks with you....and makes you feel at home...The office is very clean....The office staff are always friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome....THANKS to all that have a part in the Hagerstown ... read more

I really don't like the dentist but since I started going to Hagerstown family dentist I have enjoyed my experience - always very friendly and willing to help however they can - recommend highly!

I recently spent 2 1/2 hours straight in Dr Rich's chair having work done with my bridge. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, because of past experience, however since I've been seeing Dr Rich I'm not nearly as nervous and don't dread it. Her and the staff at Hagerstown Family Dentistry are knowledgeable and so good at what each of them do AND they have a wonderful bedside manner!! I appreciate the follow up email and more importantly the call from Dr Rich the following day to make sure I was doing ok. I've had several ex... read more
