This is a friendly advice to future home owners... I bought a house from this builder two years ago.. different community. The houses have lots of issues from leaking roofs to ceiling cracks and electrical problems. 90% of my neighbor's have mentioned some type of issue with their homes not to mention the house are new only two years old.. Make sure you get what you paying for. And check every little detail of the construction before your closing date.
Poor build quality of the home. First look everything looks perfect then you will start noticing flaws. Fences are poorly build. Do your research before buying or attempting to buy… unsatisfied
