MANAGEMENT VRY RESPONSIVE FOR ALL REPAIR NEEDS(which hav been few)...VRY LOW NOISE ISSUE... I FEEL RELATIVELY SAFE...WORKN GATE ENTRY😃...LAUNDRY FACILITY WORKS & IS CLEAN....THE COMPLEX GROUNDS R WELL MAINTAINED.. SUPERB LOCALE WITHIN MINUTES OF DOWNTWN TAMPA & ACCESS TO MAJOR FREEWAYS 2-5 MINUTES...JAMES A HALEY V.A. HOSPITAL WITHIN 5 MIN...i hope this gem stays hidden😉

The new management team is wonderful! Bill is great, i have no complaints. He handles all issues in a very timely manner. They are on top of any maintenance work that needs done. They also are continuously updateing the property. I have been living here off and on for past 8 years. This place has improved more in the past 4 months than in the entire time i have been here. The apartments are all spacious as well. They have been working hard to update them all.

Strait drug infected nasty apartment manager no good
Straight bullshit;i tell u once n forever do not move in these apartments. Shit is not fix and takes forever to send someone out;landlord is a punk by the way and is nasty as hell so you will never see eye to eye with him plus he has people dat stay there fixing on your shit;now what kind of shit is that.
Needs work From what I understand and the management will advise you of one thing then do something else. I to keep from fixing what you advise them is broken. believe it should be inspected by the state to make sure it is up to code before something bad happens.
I have been living here for five years. I love this complex, specially now that the new management are making a lot improvements. The Manager Jerry is very kind and diligent person, he got a lot of patience and he always got a sweet smile on his face for his tenants. I need some things to fix, but he is dealing with us that to make my place more comfortable. The maintenance crew are friendly and hard workers. Thank you guys, me and my husband love your community. We will anything to try and help the community.
