Overall I really like living here. Management and maintenance are responsive, helpful, and courteous. It is quiet enough, but be sure to edge-seal your front door, and I've had no issues with anyone. The building is 60+ years old and not perfect, but it is kept up well enough. The garage is a bit too much of a compromise for the price, but it protects my car from the elements.
