Parkview apartments was my home for 3 years and it was a wonderful experience! I live in two different apartments during my stay. Tessa in the office was absolutely amazing and took care of my every need! The maintenance men always fixed whatever needed repaired or upgraded in a timely manor. I strongly recommend living here! Beautiful scenery and wonderful people!

This is like an expensive version of a trailer park. The employees are lazy, they take forever to fix something, they don’t clean up after themselves. Apartment across from me had new carpet put in and for months until the wind finally cleaned it all up, their was left over trash, screws and pieces of carpet out front of the door and it was not once cleaned up. HUGE cobwebs all over the breezeway, stairs, lights and railings. I asked them to come clean it up they said ok no problem. Not until 6 months later did they clean th... read more

Worst complex around. Looks nice but the looks are deceiving. Wish I would have spoke to residents prior to moving in. Maybe it would have saved me time, stress and 4 broken Windows. Cars will be towed regardless of if there is a sticker or not. No regard for tenants. Apartments are outdated at least 10 years. If you have an issue, and they do decide to fix it, have fun waiting for Maintenance. Have seen 3 terminator and pest control trucks in the past week who have confirmed that they're treating for bed bugs and roaches. D... read more
