This place charges $50 app fee then takes A week and a half, probably while still taking other applications. Then give you some bogus unsubstaineated reason for denial. I also notice there are no black reviews here, Hmmm!
The worst experience I have ever had renting at parview . In the short time I've lived here most of the neighbors are good people but there are a few that outweigh the good ones noisy annoying don't pick up after their dogs.the strong oder of feces coming through your windows poor management lazy and disrespectful maintenance misleading advertisement online your better off paying a little more somewhere else if you want to be safe and a better quality of life without the added everyday stress. Former parkveiw resident.
I would advised everyone to not rent here the worst experience I have ever had!! Horrible maintenance leaving a mess behind them after each request. Horrible office staff calling last minute to make huge maintenance requests with no understanding for your home. I took my dip pans to home depot for replacement of the exact same one initially in the apartment and they still charged me $12 for new ones... I was told by the office manager Jackie that $50 would be taken out of my deposit for carpet cleaning and they took out $75.... read more
