Don’t move here!!!!! Yes, they’re cheap, they’re affordable. But even the new management are not cooperative. I called for a maintenance request on a Thursday afternoon. The maintenance guy never showed up. So the following Monday I called office again and they were rude. And said they’d check where the maintenance was on his calls. Never got back to me. Terrible management.. They are liars.. We are still in this place and they're trying to charge us higher rent to stay. They've sent us 2 different lease renewal options but aren't around for us to even renew the lease.. Just stay away from here unless you like being stressed out.
Poor management, office staff and maintenance. Don't expect anything to get fixed for at the least 6 months. Don't move out until it is fixed or you get slapped with damage charges!! This place is poorly ran and absolutely disgusting. Do not trust the staff. Get everything in writing with signatures or video permission if you choose to live there. I wish this had ratings in the negatives.
If I could give lower than a one star I would. This place is complete crap!!! They have awful office staff and management and the maintenance guys are a freaking joke. Nothing ever gets fixed and if it does it isn't done correctly. No to mention the office LIES!! We were told we were all good multiple times when we moved out and like a month before we left. Would give it less than a star if I could. Maintenance and service suck at this place.
This place is a dump. They don't fix anything right or at all.
This place is horrible! Keeps the security deposit then says oh you can reapply now that you know you have a misdemeanor and pay another deposit!!!!! This time you will qualify!!! Haaaaaa like really!!!
