Parkview Apartments might honestly be the best apartment complex in Frederick. It is not flashy or brand new, and it does not have all the trendy extras some newer buildings advertise, but it has something far better: charm, location, and real community. Baker Park is literally your front yard. You walk out the door and you are in the park. Look out your window and you are looking at the creek. Downtown Frederick is only about a 10 minute walk away.
