I have lived at Parkview Apartments for over a year. I really like the floorplan! It's very open and roomy. My apartment also gets a good amount of sunlight. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. The new manager Shelley is very professional and eager to solve problems. When I have had maintenance issues they have responded quickly. I also appreciate that the complex is close to Starbucks, the Library and a very short drive to the beautiful Riverfront Park.
