Update 2: Back to one star. This place is an absolute shit show nearly 100% of the time. The only things it has going for it is that it's pretty, maintenance is responsive, and management will generally leave you alone. But there's no hot water for the washing machines (which they refuse to acknowledge) and there's a water shut off nearly every week. After living in Parkview for a number of years, I really have nothing but good things to say about management, quality of living and location. Shelley, the property manager is incredible, and I never experienced a proper rent increase every time I renewed. Ricky the guy who does the maintenance on site was responsive and was always so helpful. The community is like a quiet, beautiful little pocket that's super accessible to the city. To help you make an informed decision, October utility costs for water and trash for a 1-bedroom: Water: $113.27 Trash: $21.51 Highlights are: -A class action lawsuit over utility billing was filed. -Changes to utilities in the building were made and many of those changes suck.
