EVERYTHING breaks. We got a new remodeled apartment at first, but the water heater has broken, and now our A/C is broken. Leaks everywhere, our dishwasher has leaked. HORRIBLE place to live. Staff was nice at first, but after you move in they treat you like dirt!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS CHEAP FOR A REASON.

Apartment itself is beautiful ! The staff not s great ! They were nice at first but they don't know how to talk to people . I've only been renovatig here for 3 weeks and haven't had air conditioning sense day one. I've let management know 3times, they tell me its not an emergency ! I called last week to asked about downgrading and the staff wasn't explaing it to me in a way I could understand and I explained that to her and she hung up in my face . I wouldn't encourage anyone to move here and I won't renew my lease next year... read more
I wish I was able to give this place NO stars. First time I moved in, half the windows were cranked and or broken half couldn't even lock. The door wasn't even, so bugs and weather like snow and rain got in. Asked the complex to fix it, never did. My own chain of command had to come in and fix them for me. Had terrible neighbors that smoked weed constantly, and got in the vents. Never did anything about it, but when I call the cops about it, I get a call from the complex sayi...Continue Reading
The staff members are very professional and polite. They made me feel comfortable and warming. I can tell that they are under new management and the prices are affordable. The apartment i was showed to by front desk employee. It was clean, fresh paint, new carpet, buffed wood, clean binds, mee refrigerator, new kitchen sink, clean stove, vivid color scheme and no oder (mold) smell. The best apartments I seen in Midwest City. So if you are looking this property will be your choice.
It's a nice place to live it's nice and quiet and convenient to the shopping
