They are older and very basic but they have lots of room.

The maintenance staff is great. They get the work done in a timely manner. They are friendly and respectful.
This is the worst place to rent from they don’t do walk-throughs with you. They don’t give you the paper so that you can mark everything that is wrong. They don’t follow the Idaho code or laws and charge you whatever fees they see fit when you submit a work order ticket They’ll decide if they’re gonna come or not and fix whatever is wrong.
