The maintenance staff is great. They get the work done in a timely manner. They are friendly and respectful.
This is the worst place to rent from they don’t do walk-throughs with you. They don’t give you the paper so that you can mark everything that is wrong. They don’t follow the Idaho code or laws and charge you whatever fees they see fit when you submit a work order ticket They’ll decide if they’re gonna come or not and fix whatever is wrong.
It's pleasant living at my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment i enjoy the apartment it's a good home lots of space, i love my patio and growing plants i also love that there's space on my patio for my rocking chair, I love how calm and quiet it is and I can sometimes rarely hear the next door nabers rooster crow on the other side of the fence, i love that it's surrounded by contry and beautiful views, i also love the caldwell hospital is very close if there's dr.s appointments or something it's close. I really enjoy living here at Parkview if there's a problem with any of your household kitchen appliances when called about the problem the maintenance guy promptly comes up to repair or replace the appliances their very nice and professional they don't put the problem your having off for a later date 😉 Sharon R
