My dog has been a patient for almost 6 years. Today he was due for his annual checkup. I arrived 10 minutes early, as always. Receptionist was confused on check in. Asked me to get him on the scale and then yelled across the room for his weight. Sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes.Finally put in an exam room and was told "2 minutes" while the doctor checked on a dog coming in for surgery. The dog was getting neutered.
