Mice infested and nothing is being done about it!
Overall, lovely community, great neighbors(minus one domestic), conveniently located near school and parks and shopping!! Its very ideal however over-priced!! The mice are beyond annoying. When I first moved, there was a field of rats behind the building where the fence was locked down. They would do routine pest control, but it never solved the issue. It's OK, but, hallways smell like middle eastern concentrated curry/tahini/baba ganoush armpit sweat, Goat Fum-un-da taint cheese, stir fried unknowns marinaded and placed over top rice with brown gravy and fish, stinking cuttlefish ... at least it did the 30 years my grandmother lived there ...
