At this point I’m gonna use this place to report every time something happens. Feb 8: power disruption lasted all night. Feb 9: turned off 3 out of 4 elevators midday to save energy. Feb 10: no power bc generators all night. Feb 12: all day no power or hot water. Feb 14: power and hot water went out for a few hours Feb 20: power and heating kept going on and off. Parkside needs to stop with these power outages and WiFi cutouts and the lack of professionalism in this place is like to the point of being sued they don’t care about anything
Do not live at Parkside!! The building is a nightmare. There are constant power outages, water and Wi-Fi are constantly being shut off, and management claims they "are working hard to resolve this issue" the power keeps failing—yet they refuse to invest in proper generators. Every surrounding building works just fine; Parkside is the only one with these issues. This is not normal. I have lived in many apartment buildings, and I have never experienced anything like this.
