The Manager, Mr David is awesomely friendly with the staff. Always ready to assist. Tourists should try here, although no tv in the room except the lounge. The restaurant and its food varieties is 5 star with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks to Luna and Vanessa too. My Children loved the food at the retaurant whenever they come visiting. This summer is superb with lots of interesting places to visit along the downtown Toronto. Thank you Mr. David for making my stay comfortable. Hope to be there anew in 2027 summer.
I did not end up staying here - I checked in, and the room was so far below expectations I checked out, and went to a different hotel around the corner. You are paying premium prices for set of two worn, tiny dorm rooms with low quality fixtures that are not that clean. However, I ultimately decided to leave because my hot water was not working. They sent someone up to try to fix it - I waited 20 minutes for that person, then they arrived and asked me to let the water run for 20 minutes and they would return with some tools.... read more
