The working staff are nice and hard-working, but the management/corporate is incompetent and useless. Building should owe its residents thousands of dollars in reimbursement for the countless number of power-outages and water-outages. This residence cannot even provide bare minimum services and will still gouge you of every additional dollar it can. Food is typically terrible as well.
Very dirty rooms and the bathroom is too old. Staff is friendly and nice. Good living spaces and good position.
