The only reason this place has any positive ratings is because of the "Rate us 5 stars for something!" During events they held when I stayed here roughly two years ago. It was a genuine catastrophe. Out of curiosity I looked up my old student res to see if it's gotten better, and apparently it hasn't. For two years straight, constant alarms, lack of reimbursement for students having to MOVE OUT FOR A WEEK, constant 2 am fire alarm disruptions, and INCREDIBLY exploitative rent and meal pricing for students that just need a pl... read more
