The government should shut down this business. These people are the absolute worst in every way. Do not rent from them under any circumstances. This business should be ashamed of themselves.
Chris and Beth are typical landlords. They wont fix anything. They lied to me. They took my deposit wothout sending a reason why.
Amazing company, They do a fantastic job managing my apartment building. Very responsive and are always up to go the extra mile for my tenants and I.
Worst place ever. Maintenance people don’t take care of you. I went three months without a working shower head, got my car towed because landlord didn’t even know there was assigned parking spots. No stars if I could, lady in the office is extremely rude, shouldn’t be working with people that attitude. I offered to pay for all of the damages in the apartment and since I wouldn’t give my keys up (I moved out before my 30 day vacate) for a apartment I was paying rent they wouldn’t fix my damages before I officially moved out. ... read more
