Avoid this real estate agent like the plague. terrible communication and doesn't put sellers first.
Terrible communication. We tried getting an offer in for a few days. The company either lost the offer or ignored it. Seller/realtor then lowered the home’s sales price, and still would hardly acknowledge our offer. We were approved for over 30k more than our offer, and were ready to go along with any counter offers. This company never asked for highest and best, or even had a counter offer. This place is not good at getting back to you. We tried to get in touch with them Monday in regards to questions on the home. They never answered until days later. Sent an offer on Wednesday and claimed to never have gotten it. They ended up getting it Thursday morning after being re-sent. Then replied back saying be ready for highest and best offer.
