Absolutely the worst apartment complex In the area. My step daughter and her boyfriend moved in there last year. This place is loaded with drugs, cockroaches, and poor management. They have attempted to call the apartment manager many times to discuss The conditions & have been hung up on numerous times. I have witnessed drug use in the hallways, stairwells, and surrounding areas. Not just weed either. These pictures were taken today, by the dumpsters. The location is ideal if you have young kids since there is a park within walking distance and it is also close to the zoo. The management is not so ideal. Premises is often a dump. Pool is usually warm, but not always the cleanest. Apartments are hit or miss...appliances and carpeting were not replaced very often, many times just moved from one apt to another even though appliances were over 5 yrs old should have been replaced. I loved living here!!!! Really nice landlords, neighbors, maintenance crew and security personnel.
