I stayed in a furnished unit at 55 Triller for a short-term sublet arranged through real estate agent Rob Logie. After moving in, I discovered a bed bug infestation in the unit and had to vacate due to the severity of the issue. Building management confirmed that the unit had previously been treated for bed bugs in 2025. This information was not disclosed prior to my stay. Gaga showed us a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment, building, and processes for leasing. We really appreciated her kindness.
A beautifully renovated apartment with Whirlpool appliances. The building staff are wonderful!
I love the friendliness and knowledge of the building office staff, Gaga and Thea. They are always quick to answer any questions that help to make my apartment my home. I find the building is clean, well maintained (thank you Chris and others) and the renovations and appliances are excellent. If I have any concerns, they are looked after promptly which I greatly appreciate. I won’t hesitate to refer anyone looking for a great apartment to 55 Triller.
