No superintendent since Feb... they pretend painting the corridors to cover issues and later on charge to the tenants. Some repairs still waiting for over than 7 years...Peter is gentil until you sign the contract, the elevators most the time is out of service, homeless sleeping in corridors...people leaving the building before the time because have lack of respo... read more

I have to say this is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in. I was pulled in due to the nice area and Reno’s but DONT BE FOOLED. This place is old, smelly, EXPENSIVE for how poorly the renovations are (my TP holder has fallen off, my shower tap got stuck and then lose) there’s been leaks and floods as well as constant elevator breakdowns and even sometimes during the winter the heat is turned off with other guests saying the same. There’s a serious ant infestation and it’s the absolute WORST. With management just shrugg... read more
I lived there for a year and a half and left because I was fed up with the cockroach infestation. Problem with the building, even though my apartment was renovated and clean. Be careful
