I have to say this is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in. I was pulled in due to the nice area and Reno’s but DONT BE FOOLED. This place is old, smelly, EXPENSIVE for how poorly the renovations are (my TP holder has fallen off, my shower tap got stuck and then lose) there’s been leaks and floods as well as constant elevator breakdowns and even sometimes during the winter the heat is turned off with other guests saying the same. I lived there for a year and a half and left because I was fed up with the cockroach infestation. Problem with the building, even though my apartment was renovated and clean. Be careful
Roaches, bedbugs, mice, breakins, floods, and a homeless guy sleeping on my couch (!). i've been a resident since summer 2022, lured in by the brand new renos some of the building units have received. the issues I've faced: 1. break-ins: my and other residents' cars were broken into. a person broke into our unit at night while we were still in the apartment, ate food, napped on the couch w his dog, took clothes, and puked everywhere. despite there being a security camera near my unit entrance the building couldn't find any f... read more
Been a resident here since 2022, no problem so far. Management team is friendly and quickly respond. Thanks John and his team for all the hard work, the amenities are well kept and hallways and elevators are vacuumed daily. I like that they have a net on balcony so my cats won't jump off. The building is near by the lake so my family can have a good walk everyday.
