I thought everyone was very nice and i loved how they made everything fun for my 3 year old. It was a wonderful experience. It made my son like the dentist instead of fearing it like most kids. It was just all around great!

This is by far the best pediatric office! This was my daughter's first experience and she was not afraid at all! Everyone is so caring and takes their time with the patients. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!
It was our first time at UPD and everyone that worked there was WONDERFUL! Prior to going, my daughter was extremely nervous (she had been crying on more than one occasion anticipating the visit), but by the time we left the office, she informed me that she "loved going to the dentist"! The staff (and Dr. Jones) spoke to her about about everything they did, prepared her for what was coming next, made sure she was comfortable, and offered to let her take breaks during the procedure. The office was very neat and clean. The decor was very kid friendly and there were toys to keep my child busy while waiting. The staff were beyond friendly.
Dr. Brian and his entire staff were warm and welcoming to our daughter. She responded positively and was more than willing to cooperate which is unusual for her age. Her first experience at the dentist was extremely positive!
