My daughter went for the first time Wednesday. She was afraid of the dentist until she got there. She can not wait to go back. The staff was very friendly and it has lots of things to entertain her while we waited.
The dentist was so good with our children. We love it here. All of my experiences have been great. My four children have felt totally comfortable and have not complained about anything. Thank you!

I have 4 children, all under the age of 11. Dr. Jones and his staff are incredibly friendly, calm, caring and efficient. We walk in and are greeted by a smile everytime, while the kids run to play video games while we wait. They are able to schedule my children at the same time and it is extremely helpful! The office staff have been very friendly and helpful with my scheduling. They send email and/or text reminders for me (which I need!) Dr. Bryan and his staff at UPD are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They make your child feel comfortable and work to make their experience fun. I called back after the appointment, thinking I had left a toboggan there...they even checked in the parking lot for me! Wonderful people and always a great experience!
Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful to work with! My older son has a lot of anxiety about the dentist due to a bad experience at another practice. Both Dr. Jones and the dental assistants are so patient and calming. If you're looking for an awesome dental practice, this is it!
