Horrible orthodontist! Methods are outdated. Did work. And refused to correct it when they screwed up. Poor customer service. Poor bed-side manner. Would not recommend for anyone. Would not recommend for children.
Slowest service I've ever had. After waiting in the waiting room by myself for almost 30 minutes, then another 10 minutes in the exam room, Dr. Bibb's said two words to me before quickly telling me I needed braces on again... conveniently attached to a bill of almost $3,000 for only bottom braces. No discussion of options or my preference. Didn't even come in for braces. Very disappointed, to put it lightly.
He is extremely rough and pays no attention to detail. Plus i know patients who have been in braces over 5 years with him. I'm sorry, he might be a nice person and all, but he really needs to retire already!!
