Worst place I have ever lived, absolutely zero communication between staff and tenants. They are rigid and inhuman in the way they practice this business, just like every other corporate landlord that buys out an entire area to control the housing market. All they care about is money, and even if you are a loyal tentant for years don't you dare fall on hard times because one month of missed rent and they're going to be leaving letters on your door. Zero compassion.
Maintenance people keeps on blowing their garbage onto the other side of the apartment I have been trying to get ahold of management but there is no way to contact would appreciate it if your maintenance people would stop throwing garbage onto the other complexes for the other people to clean up blowing dirt directly into other people's houses
As of 2025 the complex is very quiet , secure, safe. No issues
Lived here for a few years. Dangerous, dirty, loud. There's effectively no management, no laundry room because ALL the machines are broken constantly. Cars get broken into and stolen. Not safe at night....or during the day. Honestly, save your security deposit and go somewhere- anywhere- else. Stuck here til things get better
