As of 2025 the complex is very quiet , secure, safe. No issues
Lived here for a few years. Dangerous, dirty, loud. There's effectively no management, no laundry room because ALL the machines are broken constantly. Cars get broken into and stolen. Not safe at night....or during the day. Honestly, save your security deposit and go somewhere- anywhere- else. Stuck here til things get better
