I have been living here for almost 2 years this month! Nothing seems to get done when u call about it and then the rent is too much for these problems!
It appears maintenance can't really fix anything the first time. it took them two times to fix a sink that kept leaking two months after I moved in. Now my AC doesn't work after 3+ calls and it's 86 degrees with ac on full power but they keep saying it works. Edited out typos.
the maintenance sucks. 3 days after living here stuff been falling apart and on top of that I was told that fixing central air was not an emergency after i explain that i have a 2 yr old that gets fevers like its nothing and plus its a code red smh. mice infested. its terrible and as soon as i get the chance .I'M MOVING!!!
Where the Realist Be!! Stick to the code of the streets while in the streets.
It's nice to live there but 1 thing that I don't like is lots of violence!!..
