Extremely disappointed with how this dental office handled my family’s visit. I was a previous patient and received a text a few days before my appointment requesting my new insurance information. I provided the updated insurance details immediately, so I assumed everything was verified and fine before the appointment. At checkout, I was unexpectedly charged a $70 balance for both myself and my daughter. Scheduled my appointment months in advance, only to receive notice that it had been cancelled. I called the same day to inquire and was told the appointment was no longer available and I would need to reschedule. Coordinating appointments around my work schedule is not easy, and this experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Leah & Dr. Marbell are some of the nicest people!! We always enjoy our visit to parkside family dental & they have an amazing facility. Thank you!
