My family and I have a Section 8 voucher and went through months of communication with Vanessa and Laura (the property manager) just to get approved. Why are reviews from 5 years ago on here. Obviously the building has improved. ie:the 5 star reviews from a year ago. Why not start with 2025 reviews as that is the year we are in?
To preface, I make an effort to avoid writing 1 star reviews because it can have significant negative impacts on a business. In this situation, I feel an obligation to write the review. Within 3 days of moving into the building via lease takeover, I discovered a massive cockroach infestation. Roaches were entering the apartment via the kitchen and bathroom vents.
