I’ve been living at Parkside East for almost two years now, and I absolutely love it here. The amenities are great, everything is incredibly convenient, and service requests are always addressed quickly. The concierge team is friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant to talk to especially Joel, who is consistently helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond to assist residents.
I've been living in the building for almost 2 years now, and I have to say my experience has been great. The management and concierge teams are always helpful and take care of issues promptly. A special thank you to Joel from the concierge team. He is always attentive, friendly, and manages to put a smile on my face every time I see him. :)
Terrible experience my unit was infested with cockroaches, very very thin walls, the doorman was extremely rude omg and just overall terrible experience
They have a pattern of wrongfully withholding $300–800 from nearly every tenant’s security deposit — often blaming “bathtub reglazing” or “floor damage requiring full tile replacement.” It doesn’t matter how clean you leave the unit or how careful you’ve been; they’ll find something to charge you for.
