This apartment has major pest problems- rats and roaches for my unit specifically, and the management is incompetent. So yeah, literally and metaphorically close to Manhattan!
My family and I have a Section 8 voucher and went through months of communication with Vanessa and Laura (the property manager) just to get approved. The inspection was completed on September 25, 2025, and we were scheduled to move in on October 1, 2025.
