Why are reviews from 5 years ago on here. Obviously the building has improved. ie:the 5 star reviews from a year ago. Why not start with 2025 reviews as that is the year we are in?
To preface, I make an effort to avoid writing 1 star reviews because it can have significant negative impacts on a business. In this situation, I feel an obligation to write the review. Within 3 days of moving into the building via lease takeover, I discovered a massive cockroach infestation. Roaches were entering the apartment via the kitchen and bathroom vents. The building may not be new, and the amenities are limited, but my experience has been positive overall. I noticed complaints about the front desk staff, but as a person of color, I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect by the staff, and so have my friends. Anthony, in particular, is very accommodating and professional—enforcing rules isn’t rude; it’s just part of the job. The doorman(the plus sized person) is the real problem here. He is outright mean to Indian folks, and greets people only he likes. He even refused to handover the package claiming he was busy and was extremely rude about it and yelled at me to come back later. Hoping to get out of here soon!
